What if we miss our international order or refuse a package?

Our shipper does not offer us returns from over seas orders (anywhere outside of North America) therefore if you miss your shipment or refuse a package then we take no responsibility and your item will be forfeited as your payment. So please keep track of your package! Hope we can help you find something that rocks your socks and we are always here for you if you need anything!

Can you change our address?

We ship solely to the address you have attached to your etsy account. If you would like to change an address an administrative fee will be required of $5USD. We are not responsible for any discrepancies with buyer addresses and leave those mistakes solely up to the buyers.
