HOW DO I GET MY FILES AFTER PURCHASING?
-Make sure you are using a desktop computer to download the file or use Safari/Chrome if using a mobile phone.
-Etsy will send an email to your Etsy login email address with a link to the file Or you can go to 'Purchases' under your account and download your file from there.

The template file will contain all of the instructions.

DO I NEED A CANVA ACCOUNT?
Yes, you will need to create a FREE Canva account at www.canva.com to use these templates. Canva is hassle free and easy to use.
Make sure you are using the same email as your Etsy account.

CAN I CHANGE THE FONT AND COLORS?
Yes! Some fonts, sizes, and colors can be changed if desired.

Canva allows you to use the font that is pre-designed on the template as well as any other free template font that you choose.

At this time you can not add your own fonts with the free version of Canva, and I am not able to accommodate additional font requests.

CAN I MOVE THE TEXT BOXES?
Absolutely. Just click and drag. You can also change the size!

HOW DO I PRINT?
You can print the files at home or take them to your local printing store.

I recommend that you use high quality paper such as thick cardstock paper with a matte finish. The better quality paper you use, the more beautiful print you get.

Your files will print 'exactly' as they 'view'. If they look different in any way once printed, that's a technical issue with your printing vendor NOT the files sent to you as JPG and PDF files can't physically alter in any way as I only work with crisp and authentic graphics and fonts.

DO THE FILES EXPIRE?
This template is lifetime access.
