Can I use a character design made by you for commercial uses?

No. Unless I have specifically stated that it may be used for commercial uses when you purchased them, then they may not be used for that purpose. Purchasing an adopt specifically to make a fur suit to sell falls under commercial use. Personal use of a fursuit is ok! But feel free to message me and we can work something out!

Can I make a fur suit from one of your designs?

Can I return an adopt?

As my adopts are digital downloads you can not return or get a refund for any digital item.

Do you take custom orders or art commissions?

Yes! Feel free to message me if you would like to commission me for art, fursuit parts (hand paws and tails) or anything such as a character re-design! For discounted commissions join my Patreon!

Can you alter some markings on the adopt?

Of course! Once purchased, if you would like me to make any minor edits to the design just message me and ill be more than happy to change it! If you are unsure before then please don't hesitate to message me to see if the edits you would like are ok! (You can always change the design your self if you would like, just as long as I'm properly credited for the original design!)

Can you work with AI characters and images?

Unfortunately I will not take on any commissions of any AI generated characters. Picrew oc’s are ok.

Why does my country show as ‘not being able to deliver to’?

I am able to ship world wide so if it is showing as ‘this item cant be delivered to your country’ please message me and I will update the shipping to ship to your country. I am unable to ship any orders to Germany or Norway, other than this I can ship anywhere in the world.

Can you do this oc for a ych? Can you do any edits to your ych?

Yes! I can do any characters, any species - including humans, and any gore/candy gore. Anything and everything welcome ^^ Please make sure to read the descriptions of the listing before messaging me!! All the information is listed there ^-^

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is 100% recyclable and will be a cardboard box with shredded colourful tissue paper inside (can have multiple colours!). The box will be wrapped with your choice of wrapping paper and put inside a postage bag so i can add the postage label on the bag with out damaging the wrapping. The packing slip will not be included in the box but can be included upon request - i can also take off the price of the items on the slip. You can have an optional gift message too. You can also choose to have no ‘freebies’ with your order.

refunds, returns and exchanges

If you have ordered a custom digital commission from me, please refer to my terms of service to view the refund policy! For Digital downloads, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to Etsy’s digital download terms of service. If you have ordered a custom digital artwork commission that is printed and shipped to you, as the item is custom made and unique to your request/character I am unable to offer exchanges or returns. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives in the post, please contact me and let me know!
