Personalization is adding a name or phrase to an EXISTING design. You are not altering the design.

Customization is altering the existing design you see on the listing.

We do customize the Hangover/Recovery Kits at your request with an additional fee of $18.99 per design.

If you want a customer design, please reach out to us BEFORE placing the order. We will instruct you on how to pay the additional customization fee and order the items you want.

Yes, we provide proof for custom designs. Proofs will be sent to the Etsy inbox so please be sure you are receiving notifications from Etsy.

If you do not respond within 24 hours of us sending the proof, C and H Design Studio has the right to proceed with processing the order with the design we feel best suits your request and its application to the product.

There is a reshipment/handling fee to have the item shipped out again.

Shipping time *All postal services/couriers will experience some form of delay during the holiday season. We as sellers will not be held responsible for items arriving later than expected. It is entirely up to the customer to see if you are comfortable with the timeline.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not accept returns/exchanges. If a defect is suspected (our error or handling issue), or the product is damaged, please reach out to us and send us a photo of the defect. We will work with you to make it right.

We process items within 1-3 business days, therefore cancellation is only allowed within 6 hours of purchase. If the order has shipped, NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGES can be done.

All of our items are packaged and ready for gifting. For gift boxes, the card will be printed as the main image of the listing. Any personalized note will be in an envelope on the outside of the gift box or inside the gift box.
