I bought this to make for my son who loves the Warden. The pattern was easy to follow and when I had an issue, the seller was quick to help out and explain. I ended up changing a couple things on my end but the pattern was wonderful and very helpful and my son carries his “wardy” everywhere.
I made this warden for my nephew, who’s obsessed with Minecraft. I was getting sick of searching and only finding AI patterns! So this was a lifesaver. The pattern itself was a little messy and hard to follow, I think it would be nice if there was a tester or proofreader. It would help the pattern make more sense to outside readers. But it was a very good and original pattern that I enjoyed making! I changed the way each body part closes, instead of crocheting a full panel and then attaching it to the top of the cubes, I just closed the top by doing a row of SC as many stitches as the width, and SLSTing into the next 2 sts, turning, and repeating. So I was closing the top as I went. Amazing job at making this pattern! And thank you for the gift for my nephew!
Goldgril was great with answering the questions I asked very quickly. My son loved his warden I made for him.
The pattern is a little confusing and bullets points, but props to the owner that helped me with the pattern. I turned this pattern into a giant warden.
