Our recommendation for insert size:
◊ use the same size insert for our lumbar and long lumbar pillow covers
◊ use a 2 inch larger insert for our square pillow covers
◊ recommendations are based on our down inserts that are 95% feather and 5% down
◊ we make the covers ¼ - ½ inch smaller for a perfect fit. Since our covers are handmade, small variations in size may occur.

Quality is very important for us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, you have the possibility to return them and receive a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original state in which it was received.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us, and the refund will be made as soon as the package is received. The original shipping cost (if the order did not benefit from free shipping) will not be refunded.

We make the covers slightly smaller (1/2 - 3/4 inch smaller) for a perfect fit.

When choosing the inserts, we recommend:
◊ use the same size insert for our pillow covers that are 18x18 inch and under
◊ use the same size insert for our lumbar and long lumbar pillow covers
◊ use a 1-2 inch larger insert for our pillow covers that are 20x20 inch
◊ use a 2 inch larger insert for our pillow covers that are 22x22 inch and above
