I’d like some changes, do you do custom orders?

We no longer do “custom” orders, but if available we can change the color of the leather. Please note: *All changes you request are final* We do not refund when changes are requested, due to the somewhat custom nature of the request.

Are shipping fees included in my refund?

~ Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the seller, if you should return your purchase. ~ As soon as the item is received a refund for the item will be issued. Postage is not refundable. ~ Please contact me within 14 days of purchase and return within 21 days of purchase. Thank you.

If you like a design but want it longer or shorter I’ll be happy to help you, as long as all the supplies are available to replicate the design. Just send me a message via the “contact seller” tab within the listing that you find interesting.

I didn’t receive my package.

We know it’s frustrating when this happens and recommend that you contact your local post office. If the post office scanned your package as delivered, they have GPS built into their scanners and can tell you exactly where your package was delivered. If it was delivered to your residence, but you didn’t receive it and suspect theft, please contact your local police department. We don’t refund or replace stolen packages or packages that were scanned by the postal service as delivered. Thank you for understanding.

The glasses chain was gorgeous. I love that the soft leather strap goes around my neck and that the beads start further down so that i don't have beads at the back of my neck catching and tangling in my hair. I love the color and the craftsmanship. and the packaging is also beautiful....it was packaged like a gift with ribbon and a tiny dangling brass feather. Simply wonderful!
