Discussion with the perilous saleswoman. We agree on something together by message and then the saleswoman no longer answers. Order placed as best as possible and finally there is error. The saleswoman asks me to pay if I want to make an exchange, it was for a gift. Brief. I do not recommend!

Bonjour,alors comme expliqué en message privé mais apparemment il faut le réexpliquer en public. Nous avons discuté d'une modification sur un bijoux choisi, je vous ai demandé de me le noter dans "ajouter une note" lors de la commande pour que je puisse m'en souvenir lors de la confection. Car je ne peux me souvenir de toutes les personnalisations. Aucune note n'a été ajouté à la commande je ne pouvais donc me souvenir de notre conversation et je l'ai donc envoyé tel quel. Je vous ai proposé de le refaire, de vous en renvoyer un mais de payer les frais d'envoi uniquement et non mon temps de travail et le matériel réutilisé, ce qui me paraît correct.
