How do I access my digital purchase?

1) Etsy sends you an email to the email address you have registered to your Etsy account with a link to download your purchase. **Please note that Etsy does not allow digital downloads on their app at the moment. 2) You can sign in to Etsy on your mobile BROWSER (not the app) or computer. 3) You can also access it by going to "your account" tab, then click on purchases and review. I need troubleshooting help with my software/cutting device

- I sell these graphics as SVG, PNG, or both as downloads which buyers can use in many different ways. - Please note that troubleshooting is not something that I advertise on my listings as there are many different softwares and machines to use these files with and I may not have the knowledge or bandwidth to provide troubleshooting. - It is the buyers responsibility to know which file type your software/equipment supports and troubleshoot. - I suggest referring to the device's manual, calling their customer service, Youtube, or even Facebook groups which can be very useful. - If you have an error message specifying it's coming from my graphics, please include pictures in your message of what you're looking at so I can't take a look
