You will get 3 Iona plants with this listing.

Color is an organic enhancement natural and safe for the plants. Enhancement has vitamins nutrients and a bloom inducer in it. Color will last as long as an average color change of an air plant 1-2 months minimum if not longer.

Will Grow to about 3-4" at maturity

Will come to you small around 2-3" give or take each plant is different within its own and some may come larger or smaller. If you are looking for a certain size please convo us before ordering. Pictures are to give you an idea of the variety they are not the exact plant you will get. Plants you get will be very similar but coloring may very different depending on what is available at time of purchase.

Iona will naturally turn red at maturity with bright indirect light and bloom purple.

Yes. However if your temps are below 40 degrees we highly recommend you add a heat pack to your order. And ALWAYS make sure the plants are shipped to your daytime address so they are not left outside in the cold. Heat packs are good to keep them warm during their trip. However when delivered the heat packs are at the end of their life cycle and will not protect the plants if left in a snowdrift. These are plants and tropical plants so yes cold can damage them. However by taking these precautions they ship safely and healthy. Heat packs are for sale in our shop
We do not cover frozen plants so make sure to take these precautions or ship during warmer months.

We are always here for help. When you order you should get an email through Etsy with some detailed care instructions. We send a card with simple and we are always here for any care questions. Air plants like most plants care is dictated to their environment. So if you are not sure about the care they will take in your environment email us anytime.

All the Air plants we grow are exotic varieties that we grow because of the different species and because they all have beautiful blooms upon maturity. Most air plants only bloom once in their entire life. Some varieties change color. However both their bloom and color change is temporary and only happens once in their entire life. We try to send them before they have bloomed so as the new care giver can now enjoy their bloom and/or color change through their entire process. Around their bloom cycle they will give off babies. These babies will follow the same life cycle as the mother plant and bloom upon maturity. The mother will never bloom again. More questions feel free to email
