It arrived as it should. WE love the look of it on our wall. My only tip is to have extra plastic anchors in place as two of ours “sunk” into the wall while mounting. Otherwise, it looks great and we are pleased with it.

It is lovely and has a quality feel. I really like the squared off bottom and it absolutely enhances the space beautifully. My only observation is I wish the sling was a more complete fit side to side. The end use for me is next to my writing desk to hold files that I’m currently working on. If the sling spanned more of the frame (talking maybe a couple of inches) it would solve the issue of odd file ends showing. The motivation making this purchase was to help tidy and keep the desk area looking crisp and clean. Note: the delivery issue appears to have been out of your control.
