After an initial problem with shipping (lost in transit), this seller could not have been more responsive. We planned to give these bags as gifts for our parent volunteers in the library, and time was an issue. We received new bags in no time!! I was so impressed with the customer service experience, and the bags are adorable. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this shop!
