The solid sterling silver medal features St. Sarah with the words "Pray for Us" on the front and a sterling silver hallmark and maker's mark on the back.

St. Sarah is the patron saint of infertility and laughter.

The medal measures about 13/16" high by 9/16" wide. (Please see 5th photo for a sample coin comparison.)

Customize your necklace with a letter stamped in your choice of letter style (please specify when checking out. If none is specified, I will surprise you. :) The letter disk is sterling silver and measures about 3/8" inches. You may also choose one crystal drop or pearl in the color of your liking.
