We are not taking full custom orders at the moment. However, if you love a design and wish it came in a different color, we’d be happy to make that adjustment for you.

Item damaged during transit

If any of the items are damaged during transit, please reach out to me within 24 hours of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double check your shipping information before placing your order, once the order has been processed, I am not able to change the shipping address.

How should I care for my polymer clay earrings?

Polymer clay is lightweight and durable, but it’s best to handle your earrings with care. Avoid bending, store them safely when not in use, and keep away from perfumes, oils, and water to ensure they last a long time.

Are your earrings good for people with sensitive ears?

Yes! For stud earrings, we use 316 surgical grade stainless steel posts that are lead and nickel safe. Titanium posts are also available upon request if you need an extra-gentle option. For dangle styles, we use 14k or 18k gold-plated brass or stainless steel findings, giving you both style and comfort.

What if my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost packages, but you reach out to us via email so we can help guide you in filing a claim with the appropriate postal service.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your earrings arrive damaged, we will gladly replace them or issue a refund for the item. To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged item.
