NASCHENKA's Hanbok Norigae is a high quality silk Norigae.
Norigae knots and even though small gold threads are all hand-made working.

Naschenka's ready only one norigae will be shipped immediately, but other products will only be custom-made.
The dyeing silk process is necessary, so you have to expect it to be around 10 days.

Due to the nature of the silk material, once received Norigae cannot be returned for exchange.

Since the two-sided colors are different, you can make it practical to match the hanbok costume.
It will be sent to a paper case.
As it has a natural dyed processing, the color may vary slightly.

• We have no return label, you need to return by yourself, only defective items qualify for return (no exchange).
• Please contact us before returning your product. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in its unused, original state.
• Payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after receipt of the item.
• If you return a non-defective item, the shipping cost, rush order cost, labor cost, and transaction fee will be subtracted from the original payment.

925 Sterling Silver
• At NASCHENKA we almost always use 925 sterling silver (with the exception of modern design pieces for which we use gold). Most of our vintage antique pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. It is not plated.
We recommend wearing 925 sterling silver jewelry frequently. When 925 silver is not worn, discoloration is inevitable as it becomes oxidized with the air. When it is not worn, please store it in a plastic zipper bag. In case of discoloration, we recommend you wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaning products. The color will improve as soon as you wear it.
There are several physical benefits of wearing 925 sterling silver. It has been used since ancient times in Korea.
Gold-plated products do not return to their original color after discoloration and need to be re-plated. If you do not like gold-plating for your product, please leave a note when placing your order or contact us with any questions or requests.
