How do I download my file?

IMPORTANT: ETSY App does not allow download of digital items. Please use your web browser on desktop or mobile (Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.) Once you are in a web browser, proceed with the following: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to "Purchases and reviews." 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order (click small black cloud with white arrow icon). 4. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

What sizes are included in the printable wall decor listings?

There are 5 main sizes, all as JPG files and at 300 DPI. The sizes are: - 11x14" - 2:3 ratio - 3:4 ratio - 4:5 ratio - ISO To discover what ratio should you print, simply divide width and height and use the ratio that is the closest to the result (see example below): JPG ratio 2:3 2/3 = 0.666 Frame 12”x18” 12/18= 0.666  (use 2:3 ratio for printing)
