I accept returns/exchanges if i am notified first within 7 days from the day your order was delivered. You can make a return within 15 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be received: • Unworn and in new condition • In original packaging with tags attached • With a packing slip for proper crediting Make sure that the product is in original packaging and does not show any signs of wear(scratches on jewelry, pet’s or human’s hair on veils, perfume smell on fur scarves)….. (a $11 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund). Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return if your item was customized in any way.
