How long does it take to crochet an animal?

It takes me between 2-4 days depending on the complexity. The time frame in which I can complete the order depends on how many orders I am currently working on. I keep my dispatch times updated for each item and also update my current customer wait time in my shop announcements.

Can you send an item straight to the recipient with a gift message?

Yes of course, I can discuss this with you via Etsy messenger or you can leave me a note in the personalisation section when you place your order.

How personalisable are your animals?

Please reach out and ask me for anything you have in mind. If it's possible, I will try my best to make it happen! I have had many unusual requests and have managed to create some very specific details for people.

How do I send you pictures?

You should be able to send me pictures easily through the Etsy messenger service, most customers do this and often send me pictures to discuss before ordering. This is absolutely fine! I love seeing your animals! Occasionally customers have sent pictures and videos via email - this is fine too :-)
