I ordered invitations for my daughters first birth, received a proof a few days later which I approved immediately. I messaged the seller multiple times over the next 2 weeks asking for updates and never received a response. I then had to pay 300$ to get new invitations ordered ASAP. Never got a response or explanation from the seller to what happened. I did get a refund once I asked for one. But I was out of pocket money AND my invitations went out very late. Lots of unnecessary stress and zero communication. I would have understood if there was some communication with updates on the order, things happen. Will not purchase from this shop again.
