My Calm Place:
This worksheet is an opportunity for you to create your own calm place. Based on the informational sheet explaining what a Calm Place is, this sheet allows you to fill out different boxes to help you create a space in your mind in which you can feel safe, secure, and relaxed.
Box Breathing:
This worksheet guides you through a technique known as box breathing. There are also youtube videos and audio that you can follow along with to practice box breathing.
Coping Skills:
This worksheet helps you practice mindfulness and meditation. It teaches you what both mindfulness and meditation are and gives you recommendations related to how you can practice coping skills.
Deep Breathing:
This worksheet teaches you about deep breathing. It includes facts that are really helpful in understanding why breathing can help when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. It also teaches you how to deep breathe and the benefits of it!
Progressive Muscle Relaxation Script:
This worksheet guides you through a muscle relaxation exercise. This is very helpful if you are feeling negative emotions not only in your mind but in your body. A lot of the time, when we are holding onto stress, our body becomes tense. We don’t always notice it becoming tense but when we practice muscle relaxation, we are given the opportunity to release any tension that our bodies are holding onto.

This worksheet guides you through yoga exercises that are useful for anxiety, depression, negative emotions, and anything else your body could be holding onto.
