When will my order ship?

You can find your "SCHEDULED SHIP DATE" on your confirmation email and invoice. Your order will ship on or before this day. Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy gives an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order.

Why does my package say delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once we hand over the package to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling. If possible, either us or the customer can file for a lost package claim. If the claim is approved by the shipping carrier, we will offer either a refund or replacement. If the claim is not approved, we will not issue a refund or replacement item.

What if there is a mistake with my order when I received it?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item. A return of the incorrect item/items may be required. In this case, a return label will be sent to the email of your choosing for the return. If you refuse to return any item/items, we will not issue a refund or replacement until the return is complete.

What if I need this by a specific date?

Our turnaround time is listed for each item, and varies. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing AND include the NEED BY DATE with the order. If we are not contacted or a need by date is not included with the order, there is no guarantee it will arrive for that date. If an order must be rushed or shipped Express, the customer is responsible for this fee and if not purchased, the item will not be shipped as an rush order. *Please note that ONLY EXPRESS SHIPMENTS arrive in a guaranteed shipping time. Any standard shipping is not guaranteed to arrive by any specific date, and any shipment arriving after any need by date with standard shipping is not considered late by the carrier.

Can I change my address on an order?

If the item is at our store and not shipped yet, we try our best to change the address for you. However, once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full.

Can I Return or Exchange my order?

All my shirts are made to order and therefore I can not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please messages me immediately with a picture so I can asses and remedy the situation.

Each listing has a size chart to choose the best fit. We recommend always going by the size chart and comparing the measurements to a shirt you already own. We will not choose a size for you based on height and weight due to ensure the proper fit.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.
