DESIGN INFO:

-I use high quality DTF prints and a professional heatpress. These are longer lasting than vinyl and let me make more vibrant designs for you! All items bought from my shop must be washed in cold water and inside-out to preserve these prints. Do not iron over print.
-Please note there may be slight differences in size/colour depending on your computer monitor and choice of apparel colours.

CUSTOM OPTIONS:

-This design is available on all types of Gildan or Bella + Canvas unisex apparel. What is available under the listing is as shown, but you can go to the “Custom” section of my shop and request to purchase this design on something else! For example, if you only see this listing offers a crewneck or t-shirt option, but you want it on a pullover hoodie or zip-up sweater, go to the “Custom” section and make your selection. Then, type in the personalization box exactly what design you want, the placement, font colour, etc. Simple as that!

UNISEX APPAREL INFO:

-Gildan t-shirts: Run true to size. 100% ring-spun cotton for solid colours, heather/sport colours include polyester. You may get a mix of heavy cotton or soft cotton.
-Gildan crewnecks: Slightly oversized. 50% cotton and 50% polyester, 13.5oz fleece, pre-shrunk.
-Gildan long sleeve shirts: Classic fit. 50% cotton and 50% polyester, pre-shrunk.
-Gildan zip-up sweaters: Classic fit, slightly oversized. 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
-Gildan hoodies: Slightly oversized. 50% cotton and 50% polyester, heavy cotton fleece, pre-shrunk.
-Bella + Canvas t-shirts: Retail fit, 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton.
-Bella + Canvas zip-up sweaters: Retail fit. 52% airlume combed cotton and 48% polyester.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

-My processing time is up to 14 business days (therefore not including weekends/holidays).
-I offer FREEPICKUP for Edmonton (local) shoppers. Address provided after purchase. There are no shipping-fee refunds if you forget to use this code.
-I ship across Canada & the USA with flat-rate shipping and tracking number. Canada Post is used for Canadian shoppers, and FedEx or UPS is used for American shoppers.

NO RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

-I do not offer returns or exchanges, sorry! This is because I run a made-to-order business. If you have any issues with your order such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or entering the wrong address, you will have to reach out to Etsy Support. However, if there are any issues with your order which include a shop error (wrong logo, wrong size despite what you asked for, misprint, etc), then absolutely reach out to me! I want to make sure you’re satisfied with your Q12H apparel as I take pride in my little shop.

Q12H ENVIRONMENT IMPACT:

-When you place your order, there is a 1-2 delay in me purchasing your blank apparel (this time is already included in the processing time I mentioned). This is because if more people order right after you, I can group items together and have them shipped to my business with one truck delivery. This is to be aware of my carbon footprint. Q12H is also a made-to-order business, meaning I do not heat press more clothing than necessary.
