Will I have to pay customs duties or extra fees on my US order?

No. All US orders are printed and shipped within the United States, so there are no customs duties, no import taxes, and no surprise delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the total you’ll pay.

If my order goes to a collection point, what happens if I do not collect it?

It is the buyer's duty to use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their order and pick it up in good time (or arrange for someone else to do so on their behalf) from mail collection points if required. Uncollected orders will be designated as unwanted by the local postal service and sent back to our printer where they will be destroyed, and there will be no exchanges or refunds available. Buyers who contact us requesting items to be resent after this point will need to pay for the item and shipping again. To avoid this circumstance, always monitor the tracking information and pick up your packages in good time.
