What are custom charges?

When it comes to shipping to different countries, there are specific duties and charges that you should be aware of. In USA, most of our products are duty free and pass to your door directly. Though there could be some small charges by the courier for filing fees of SSN/ Tax ID once parcel reaches USA. Or, if buyer do not respond for a long time, customs may impose storage charges (Bonded storage-which is based on per kg per day after delay of 3 days). In Canada and Australia, both import duty and GST applies. In UK, VAT and import duty is applied. Please leave us a message for better understanding them.

Why you need my phone number?

Once a purchase has been completed, we will only send our parcel through expedited-insured shipping. The two couriers that we use for this service are FedEx and DHL. However, it's important to note that these couriers do not provide international services unless they have the active phone number of the buyer. This is also required for custom activities. So, please ensure that you provide a valid phone number at the time of purchase to avoid any unnecessary delays in shipping or custom activities.
