Our pieces are made to last, however if you discover a fault within 1 month of purchase please contact us. Our hand painted pieces should be washed lightly in warm water, without the aid of heavy scourers. Never put your product in the dishwasher. This will ruin the paintwork. Wash before first use. With the correct care your piece will last for many years and as wear and tear begins to show, we believe the pieces to be just as beautiful and joyful, if not more
