Can I get a refund for a digital file?

Sorry, digital items can’t be returned or refunded (imagine trying to un-send an email — it’s a bit like magic, but the wrong kind).

What file formats do you provide?

Most designs come in SVG, DXF, AI, and PDF formats. If you need something else, just ask — my design software is pretty friendly!

What material thickness are these files for?

Thickness is always mentioned in the product description and usually on the preview images too. Please double-check your material before cutting — even plywood likes surprises sometimes.

Can I sell finished products made from your files?

Yes, you can sell physical items made from my designs (craft shows, Etsy, etc.) — but please don’t resell or share the digital files themselves.

Where do I find my files after purchase?
