I don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. This is to make sure that those who choose to support me, know they are receiving handmade items with “imperfections”- & love them even more for it.

Check the processing time on the listing! Processing time is the time it takes to create your item(s). This varies depending on the number of orders I have @ the time, as well as whether or not the item(s) made need to be created. Prints, for example, are already made, so they have a shorter wait period. (As long as the order doesn’t include a handmade item!) So as you can see, this varies & should be taken as an estimate. Shipping time is NOT included- it’s totally separate.

Earrings yes, prints no. I offer custom creations very few times throughout the year, so I suggest staying updated through IG. Or send me a message, I'm open to hearing what you have in mind! I love being able to personalize my designs for you in whatever way I can, so send me a message and we can see if it's doable!

All orders are standard shipping through USPS. If you’d like a quicker way of shipping, send me a message so we can work it out! Keep in mind that the price goes up! You will receive an email when they have been shipped. A tracking number will be provided, so your excitement can grow as you see your order getting closer!;) (orders with just stickers do NOT have tracking).

Prints may have colors that are a different shade from what is pictured.
Earrings vary in:
-slight size difference
-sometimes markings aren’t exactly the same (butterflies)
-paint shade

I work hard to make sure my items go out on time or earlier than expected. However, that is an ESTIMATION. It fluctuates depending on the amount of orders I have at the moment. Remember, everything is 100% handmade. So please make sure to plan ahead if you’d like to gift one of my items to someone & need it for a special day. I make the items starting from the earliest order & ending @ the most recent order.

-Avoid letting the sun hit the items directly for long periods of time. These are cured by heat, so if they are exposed to the sun for awhile they will get soft before hardening again.

-I highly recommend hanging earrings so they aren't jumbled up in a jewelry box. This can cause their clear glaze to get sticky. To avoid, hand in a cool dry place.

Earrings are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped either in a box with more tissue paper for protection or in a bubble mailer.
I don't offer gift wrapping! This is as "wrapped" as my items come.

Writing the correct address is YOUR responsibility. Double, triple check your address before making your purchase.
I use a label maker that prints directly from Etsy- the address you write there is what the label maker will print on the label.
So if it's written incorrectly, that's on you. I do NOT offer refunds, partial or full.
