What is the return/exchange policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. If you have any issues at all with your order, please contact me on the SAME DAY you receive it. Issues will be considered on a case-to-case basis. If you have doubts about weight or sizing of the item, please contact me before placing your order. What happens if I don’t receive the item and tracking shows as delivered?

Please check your mailbox and wait a day or so before contacting me incase it was delivered to the wrong address. If you still don’t find it, please contact me. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reship items that show as delivered.

What if I gave the wrong shipping address?

If you provided the wrong shipping address, you must repay shipping to have it delivered to the right address.
