How do I receive my instant download?

Once payment has been confirmed by Etsy your items are available right on the Etsy website. Navigate to Your Account > Purchases and reviews. To the right of the order, click 'Download Files'. If you are using a mobile device you will need to go to Etsy.com via your internet browser (Chrome or Safari). Sign in and navigate to Your Account, then click Purchases and Reviews. Click the small gray triangle on the right hand side, then click on the download files button. Non-Etsy members can access their downloads through a link provided in your receipt email. What is included with my purchase?

All our products are digital/instant downloads. You will NOT receive any physical products from us. All listings include high resolution (300 dpi) files. Sizes and file types vary with each listing so please read the product's item details before purchasing. *Please send us a message if additional sizes or file types are needed.

Do you have any tips for the hand print templates?

Plan ahead! These templates are made to be printed on an 8.5x11 piece of paper to be cut down to fit into an 8x10 frame. You will have limited space to add your children's hand print. See the item details for exact measurements. I highly recommend that you print these templates on high quality card stock or other heavy duty paper. You can certainly use any paint of your choice but I would recommend using a WASHABLE tempera paint (Crayola's washable kid's paint works very well). For a cleaner hand print, I would suggest applying the paint directly to your child's hand using a paint brush instead of having your child dip their hand into a glob of paint. If you are not happy with the end result, just reprint the template and try again!

All files can be printed from home or at any photo developer (Shutterfly, Snapfish, Walgreens, Staples, etc). You can certainly use any type of paper you prefer, however, for best results, I recommend printing on high quality card stock.

**Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different in print than on screen**
