Vintage Boujaad rug from the 2005 featuring large berber symbols with multiple tones of faded pinky orange as a background.

The carpets from the Boujaad region in the Middle Atlas are sharing with their Easter neighbors the same typical Berber knotting practice but in association with the more aesthetical symmetrical knot, using less wool. The result is a carpet with better defined designs and shapes.

Even more beautiful in person, and exactly as described. It arrived very quickly about 10 days after ordering it (to USA), and arrived well packaged and very clean. My son said it smelled good, and promptly lay down on it for a nap. Will definitely look to this seller for future rug purchases.
