PLEASE NOTE: Our female cat stays in the chicken house at night and regularly goes in the house to eat too, so she is around the chickens regularly. I don't know for a fact, nor do I claim this, but have been told, eggs laid by chickens that are around cats are supposed to help cat allergies somehow, but i do not know the details! Lol!

These are Fresh Raw free-range whole eggs from our farm that have been freshly freeze dried on our farm and packaged in Mylar bags with oxygen absorbers so that they will keep for years without spoiling or getting moist. I have sealed the bags so that they will retain their freshness. Once opened, use up within a reasonable time so moisture does not get into the bag. We like to pour the contents into a jar with a tight lid once opened so the product lasts longer without getting moist. PLease keep sealed bags out of sunlight and in a dark cooler place so they will last longer. Our Chickens are free range, meaning they get out and eat bugs, and grass and other green things, making these eggs have even more nutrition, and a deeper yellow color. Please note: Egg Powder may vary in color, as each chicken lays a different egg, and some are lighter than others. Our flock has not been treated with antibiotics or any chemicals. We feed them cider vinegar or Kombucha tea in their water to help prevent sickness, and at times Oregano Oil. You can use these eggs for long term storage, survival, to bake with, take camping, cook with etc! The consistency and taste is like fresh eggs! To reconstitute, add 2 Tablespoons of powdered egg to 2 or 3
Tablespoons of water and stir and let sit, or add more water for a thinner consistency. You may have to restir a time or two. If you are using them to bake cake, cookies, etc with, with, reconstitution is unnecessary. 12 eggs contains approximately 24 Tablespoons of powder, or 4 ounces of powder. 24 Eggs contains approximately 48 Tablespoons of powder or 8 ounces of powder.
