Make the most out of your therapy sessions with this guided journal. A simple and practical tool to help you prepare & make the most of your therapy sessions

This journal serves as a guide: it includes a detailed explanation on how to get the most out of therapy sessions.
It will also be your “brain dump”, schedule reminder and an organized notebook for your notes during & post session, including:

- what you would like to discuss / goals for each session
- insights and takeaways from sessions (including follow ups & wins to celebrate)
- thoughts, feelings and trigger events between sessions
- and more!
It will support you during 30 therapy sessions, no matter how often they take place or whether they are in person or online. It also works well if you switch therapist in the process or if you have more than one therapist at a time. Note that this is a digital planner, which means it's eco-friendly (yay)!

Fully hyperlinked, so you can easily reference prior sections/pages as you wish.
