We do offer two postage options STANDARD and TRACKED ONE.
Our standard UK postage service is standard 2d class. There is no tracking option for this service so, please upgrade to TRACKED option at the check out if you prefer a safer alternative.
We do keep proof of postage for all our orders please get in touch if you wish to receive a copy of that.

Compensation for standard delivery is up to £20 and for tracked one is up to £50. If you buy an item worth more than £50 and wish to add extra insurance please get in touch before purchasing.

Unfortunately, postage costs are not refundable so if you wish to return your order we will refund you the amount you paid minus the postage cost.

International orders are posted using TRACKED service with exception of FREE POSTAGE promotions when we use STANDARD delivery.
