Return/Replacement Conditions

We are sorry if there is any problem with your order. - If the item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged parts along with the quantity. We can send replacements. - If there is more than one damaged product, please send all damaged products side by side in one picture. - If the product is defective; writing, color, ornament, etc. Please let us know to resolve the issue. -Products are exactly the same as in the image and personalized products are not within the scope of return.

📌The size of the magnet is 7.5 cm. Box size is 8cm.
📌There are magnets behind the favors, you can use them on the fridge and magnetic surfaces.
📌The mirrors are customizable. We can write what you want to be written on these mirrors.
📌There are three types of mirror gold, silver and rose gold.
📌Please be sure to let us know desired personalization message in the notes to seller section during checkout. Your message will be copied and pasted. If no message is received we will assume that none is wanted and your product will be shipped plain.
📌Mirrors are made of acrylic and laser engraved, not printed. The engraving/etching is a process in which designs are burned onto the surface of a piece of material. Engraving is transparent clear, not colored.
📌Some pattern options for the right side design are flower, balloon, hot air balloon, wings, star, cloud, crown, tiara, elephant, heart, teddy bear, butterfly, carousel, swan, horse and bow and etc. Please add the pattern you want to choose for your order on the personalization section.
