In the event an item is defective or not as described, original shipping fees are returned. In the event the buyer happens to change his/her mind Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Purchase price will be refunded on items returned in original condition.

It's so important to me that your goodies arrive safely at your door. Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct. I am unable to return shipping fees do to an inaccurate address. I do my very best to ensure that your items are packaged well & will not be harmed during transit. Over the years I have found the best method for safe travel is to hinder the contents from shifting within the package. It is not uncommon for me to construct my own boxes to size. In an attempt to do my part for the planet I often recycle boxes & reuse packaging materials.

I do my best to describe items accurately & take photos in natural outdoor lighting but please consider computer monitors do vary slightly in color. Please be sure to click photos twice for a close up view of distressed finish prior to purchase. Signs are created in salvaged or new wood. Hand selected to suit the design theme, many are vintage/rustic inspired, I make no attempt to cover the unique beauty of natural characteristics such as knotholes, cracking, pitting, raised wood grain etc. Measurements are within 1/2"stated in listings. Although I do my best to take great photos. When purchasing items online sometimes it can be difficult for customers to visualize the true size of an item. I do recommend using a ruler or tape measure to get an accurate idea of the stated size prior to purchase. Another option for getting a feel of how your item will fit your space is to tape out the size of the item onto your wall with masking tape. All items will be created within 1/2" of stated dimensions. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you.

In an effort to keep items affordable for my clients & since most people have these on hand at home. Pls note hardware (screws, anchors, nails & saw-tooth hangers) are typically not included in shipments. Most items will have pre-drilled holes in place of hangers. To easily hang my items - I typically beg my better half to do it lol If this isn't an option I recommend the following :)
-Measure distance between holes on the back of your item from center of hole to center of other hole(s) (prior to making holes in your wall)
-Use a ruler/ tape measure & a level duplicate this distance on your wall with a pencil mark
- Nails are typically okay for lightweight items under 1lb, screws and/or anchors for heavier items
- Enjoy your new item :)
