Where do your diamonds and jewelry come from?

All of our diamonds and jewelry are crafted in-house in Surat, India, the world's leading center for diamond cutting and fine jewelry manufacturing. Surat is responsible for cutting and polishing the majority of the world's diamonds and is home to some of the industry's most skilled diamond cutters, stone setters, and jewelry artisans. From diamond cutting and polishing to casting, stone setting, and final finishing, every step is completed by our team in-house. Each piece is made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.

Are your diamonds moissanite, zirconia or any other diamond simulant?

We use genuine lab-grown diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural mined diamonds. We do not use moissanite, cubic zirconia, or other diamond simulants unless specifically requested by the customer. Our engagement rings include certification for the center diamond. For multi-stone jewelry, certification is available as an optional add-on. What is your timeline and jewelry making process?

The 1st step after placing your order is a CAD design, which is a 3D rendering of your piece. This ensures we're on the same page regarding size, metal type, stone specifications, and any other important details before production begins. Once you approve your CAD, production begins. Production typically takes about 3–4 weeks, which is the timeframe we aim for. Please note that jewelry is handcrafted, and timelines can occasionally be shorter or longer depending on design complexity, material availability, certification timelines, production volume and any unforeseen circumstances. Once completed, we will send final photos and video for your approval. After approval, we perform a final quality check and begin the shipping process.
