Can you edit/customise a template for me?

Unfortunately, we do not provide editing services or any customisation of digital files. All templates are DIY to be edited by the customer. Please be sure you’re comfortable editing before purchasing.

How do I access my files after purchase?

Shortly after you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from Templett not Etsy. This email will allow you to create or login to your Templett account and access your files. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder if you don’t see it.

What program do I use to edit the file?

None! All editing is done online via Templett. (Templates cannot be edited in Canva or other platforms.) Use a computer for full editing; mobile is okay for basic changes. Templett is very easy to use.

Can I edit on a mobile phone?

Yes, you can make basic edits on a phone. However, for layout changes, adding text boxes or complex adjustments, we strongly recommend using a desktop/laptop computer.

Can I change the colour of graphics?

This depends on the specific template some graphics are editable, others are locked. Please check the demo link BEFORE purchasing to ensure the elements you want to change are editable.

Where can I print my file?

You can print your file at home, through a local printer, or via an online print service. Download your design from Templett in PDF or JPEG format with crop marks and bleed if needed. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
