Yes, gold can tarnish. This is not a fault with your 9ct gold or 18ct gold and refunds or exchanges will not be accepted against tarnished jewellery. There are cloths that can be purchase to help clean the jewellery. A good example is Town Talk Polish Gold Polishing & Anti-Tarnish Cloth.

As stated above customs fees are 100% payable by the customer and not the responsibility of the seller. Before placing your order please look into customs fees which maybe payable by you the customer when ordering from a UK based company. This can be as much as 19% + of the total cost of the item purchased. This is the case for example Germany.

Please note custom or bespoke items are non refundable or exchangeable.

For a refund please message me on Etsy within 14days of delivery and I will provide you with a returns number and address. You then have an extra 14 days to return the item to me. Please return via the same delivery method, either royal mail special Delivery or international tracked and signed for.

All jewellery must be in the original condition, include all original packaging, packaged correctly and safely and most importantly unworn. Any evidence of wear upon return will mean a refund cannot be processed. Any damaged coursed in returned posting due to improper packing is the responsibility of the customer. Return Postage fees are non refundable.

Here’s everything that goes into the price of your new item of jewellery.

~Materials: This is the metal, stones, anything needed to make the actual item of jewellery.
~Services: Examples include Hallmarking (when over 0.95g) Setting when a certain setting type and specialist equipment is needed, I outsource for this and use x2 local setters.
~Overhead/running costs percentage: This is for workshop running costs, insurance, industry body registrations etc
~Packaging costs: This is the tape, postal boxes, jewellery boxes, tissue paper, cards and postage when required.
~Other: Anything else needed to make and get your item of jewellery to you.
