For any digital portrait orders & digital portrait stickers, you can send the photo through 1 of 2 ways.

The first way is through Etsy Message! After purchasing your custom item, click the button "Message Seller". You can attach your photo(s) for your order there.

The second way is through email blusheddesignsco@gmail.com. If sending your photo by email please include your order number and name in the subject line. This is crucial to ensure correct images on your custom order.

All sticker orders are sent untracked and are delivered through Canada Post's Regular Mail; for expedited or tracked shipping, please contact me.

Keychains orders are sent untracked and are delivered through Canada Post's Regular Mail. If you would like a tracking number for your keychain please contact me and I can arrange a tracking number with its respective postage price.

Due to the ongoing shipping delays and holiday season (Nov-Dec), international orders (anything outside of Canada) can be expected to arrive at a slightly later date than anticipated.

Please contact me if you have not received your item(s) in over 4 weeks, and I will arrange for a solution to the best of my abilities.

If you are unsure about the quality of your photo for your custom order, please click the 'Message Seller' button and you can send me the photo beforehand.

I will message you back as soon as I can and let you know if the photo is going to work.

All orders are due to unforeseen shipping delays due to the current global pandemic.

Please ensure if you need an item for a specific date that you order ahead to leave enough time to receive the order by the date you need it for.

If you have a specific date you need it by, please contact me via the 'Message Seller' button and I will l try to assist you as much as I can in that regard.

All of the orders are shipped out of Ontario, Canada. The current processing time on orders is 8-10 business days. This is the time it takes for your order to be made and packaged from the time of order, not the shipping time.

Please allow some extra time for your package to arrive beyond the estimated date of arrival. Keep in mind that shipping estimates do not always take into account unforeseen delays caused by inclement weather or other delays, with that being said please check your mailbox 5-7 after the estimated arrival date if you have not received your item(s).

I am not responsible and will not be offering a replacement on missing orders that have been shipped via letter mail (untracked) because I can not locate the package.
