What size should I order?

All of our tees and sweatshirts are a standard, unisex fit. The best way to determine size, is to lay a current shirt flat on a table to measure the width (under the arms) and the length, and then compare those measurements to the posted size charts on the listing.

Something is wrong with my order.

In the event that something isn't right with your order, please send us an Etsy message so we can help to resolve the issue.

Please note that the actual colors on the final product may be slightly different than our listing photos appear online. This is due to the fact that computer monitors display different colors and everyone sees these colors differently. We try to represent the listing colors as accurately as possible, but please understand that the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

Why does my tracking number still say it's 'Pre-Transit' or has not been received at the post office?

We do not print shipping labels until items are ready to mail out. In other words, we ship our orders out the same day your label is printed and you receive the shipping confirmation email. There are many times when a package can stay in 'Pre-Transit' status for a few days even though it is actually on it's way (this is especially common during holidays and peak shipping times). Please rest assured that if you've received the shipping confirmation and tracking number, your order is on it's way.
