Will I Receive the Exact Pillow Shown in the Photos?

Yes! You will receive the exact pillow cover shown in the listing photos—not a similar one. Every pillow in our shop is individually photographed because each piece is truly one of a kind. We do not digitally alter or change the colors of our photos. Our goal is to present each pillow as accurately as possible, so you can shop with confidence. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and display type.

Are All of Your Pillows Truly One of a Kind?

Absolutely. Every pillow cover is handcrafted from authentic vintage Turkish rugs, handwoven kilims, or vintage rag rugs. Because these textiles are genuine vintage pieces, no two pillows are exactly alike. Once a pillow is sold, that exact design cannot be reproduced. Owning one means owning a truly unique piece of textile history.

What Is Included in My Order?

Your order includes the vintage pillow cover(s) shown in the listing. Please refer to the listing title and photos for the exact quantity included in your purchase. A custom-made inner pillowcase is included for each pillow cover, making it easy to add your preferred insert. Pillow inserts (fillings) are not included. This helps keep international shipping costs lower while allowing you to use standard pillow inserts that are easily available locally.

Is DDP Shipping Available for the United States?

Yes! We ship to the United States using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. That means: • No customs duties • No import taxes • No surprise delivery fees • No customs paperwork The price you pay at checkout is the final price. For all other countries, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by their local customs authorities.

Can You Help Me Choose Matching Pillows?

Of course! Whether you're decorating a living room, bedroom, Airbnb, vacation home, or working on an interior design project, we'd be happy to help you create a beautifully coordinated pillow collection. Simply send us the listings you like—or even a photo of your space—and we'll recommend pillow combinations that work beautifully together.

Can I Order Multiple Pillow Covers?

Absolutely! Many of our customers purchase multiple pillow covers to create beautifully coordinated spaces for their living rooms, bedrooms, Airbnb properties, vacation homes, and interior design projects. If you're planning to purchase several pillow covers, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We'd be happy to help you choose pieces that work beautifully together and prepare the best option for your selection.

Can I Request a Custom Size?

Yes! Many of our larger pillow covers can be professionally resized to your preferred dimensions at no additional charge. If you're unsure which size would work best for your space, simply send us a message—we're always happy to help.

How Do I Care for My Vintage Pillow?

To preserve the beauty of your vintage pillow cover: • Dry clean only • Air outdoors occasionally on a dry, sunny day • Store in a clean, dry place • Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth With proper care, authentic vintage textiles become even more beautiful over time.

Are These Pillow Covers Suitable as Gifts?

Absolutely. Our one-of-a-kind vintage pillow covers make thoughtful and lasting gifts for: • Housewarming celebrations • Weddings • Mother's Day • Christmas • Birthdays • Interior design lovers Every pillow is unique, making your gift as special as the person receiving it.
