Can I cancel my order for a refund?

Digital files cannot be returned, therefore refunds/exchanges are not accepted at this time. The only time a cancellation will be accepted is if you purchased the same listing twice by accident. If you are having trouble with your files, please message me and I will help where I can.

Can I use the clipart to make something for sale?

Does your digital paper come in 8" x 11" / Can I print on letter sized paper?

The only size for digital papers available right now is 12" x 12" To Print 8.5" x 11", simply click off the area, or little check box next to "fit to page". This should fill your letter size page with the pattern. For best results, print from the pdf included in your download.

Do you allow your clipart to be used on Cafe Press, Zazzle, Redbubble etc?

No unfortunately not. Because i have my own shop at zazzle I cannot allow such sales as it would be conflict of interest. You can however use Zazzle and the like if you are making a custom order for a customer, and having it shipped to them.

Can I use your clipart for Digitizing / Embroidery?

Yes, you can. You will need to purchase the extended EMBROIDERY License - You can obtain an Embroidery license (1 per listing) here: http://etsy.me/2dPwvBX (copy and paste this link into your browser) NOTE: The artwork CANNOT be sold as is – it has to be used in collaboration of your own work.

Can I use your clipart to create cutting files for sale?

Unfortunately I cannot allow the sales of SVG, AI or EPS files as this is a direct conflict to my own store. However, if you are selling premade templates in other formats, providing that you used the clipart in conjunction with your own designs, I would allow it. SILHOUETTE STUDIO - Using SVG FIles

1. If your SVG file opens up BLACK in Silhouette Studio, its a software issue. > Import the file and color the pieces yourself. (Sorry I cannot help you do this) 2. FILE TYPE NOT SUPPORTED (ERROR) > This means you probably have the free version. SVG files are not supported. Here is a helpful article on file types and upgrading your silhouette software http://bit.ly/2tQsfsq IMPORTANT: I don't own Cricut / Design Space nor do I have Silhouette Software to test these SVG files. I simply provide SVG file formats as an add on with my clipart as some buyers prefer the extra format. Most buyers use either the PNG files or the EPS files. ONCE DOWNLOADED, REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN UNLESS YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM TWICE BY MISTAKE.

Why can't I download this on my phone?

Etsy does not allow zip folders to be downloaded onto any Smart Phone or Tablet. YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT ONTO YOUR COMPUTER!! >To use the images on your phone, simply extract the zip contents on your COMPUTER, then email the image files to yourself.
