We try to ship the items from 1 to 3 business days after the purchase is made and the payment has gone through. The bill of lading is filled automatically with the address from your Etsy account. If you wish to receive it at a different address, make sure you put down a note with it.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our Femperial items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
