The best way is via Etsy messages. You may get automated emails from Etsy once your order is placed or ship, but I've had customers reply to those and their email never reaches me.

PLEASE ensure that your delivery address is correct before checking out. If you entered it incorrectly, reach out to me.

PLEASE make sure your residence can accommodate deliveries of packages up to 12x12x12" in size. Make sure there is a dry, safe place where they can be left if you are not at home, or that the office at the complex you live at (if applicable) will keep your large packages/envelopes until you're able to pick them up. Pick them up in a timely manner. If packages are taken back by the carrier, you will not be refunded. I will re-ship only if the item returns to me in good condition and you cover the cost of re-shipping. You must contact me to re-ship, or I will consider it abandoned.

I ship via USPS Ground Advantage Priority mail to the United States and Canada.

Ground Advantage can take up to 5 business days to arrive (within the United States) and slightly longer to Canada.

Priority Mail typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the ship date in the United States. It may take up to 7 business days for Canada.

These are only estimates. Allow up to 2 full weeks (USA orders) or longer for international during holiday seasons.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Holiday times are busier and may take up to 5 days.

CANCELING ORDERS: I work fast and sometimes things get shipped VERY quickly. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 2 HOURS of placing it.

🥵 If you order a lotion bar during hot months, you accept the risk that it may melt during shipping. To minimize the risk of this, I will ship out lotion bar orders placed on weekends/holidays on business days, to reduce the amount of time they can be in transit. To re-solidify, place in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.

💧 Due to the nature of the ingredients, lotion bars may dry when exposed to air and lose some of their moisture over time. To re-soften, put them on a microwave-safe dish and microwave for no more than 10 seconds. Do NOT microwave in original tin!

• I do not offer returns/exchanges. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please message me privately and I'll happily work with you to figure out a solution and gladly hear any feedback you may have. There is a 14 day window for return or exchange inquiries.


• If you forgot to apply a discount, contact me! I will refund you the difference as long as the item hasn't shipped yet.


• Card cutting during production is overseen by a human and can sometimes result in human error. Some cards may be cut a few millimeters shorter than others. While not aesthetically perfect, it does not impact the useage of the product. This is an unavoidable part of the process and not considered eligible for refund or replacement.

In most cases, it's simply a delay on behalf of the postal carrier and is resolved within a couple of days. Make sure that the destination address you provided was correct. Check with neighbors, your apartment office, mail person, and local post office first to see if they know anything.

Vox Intra is not responsible for acts of porch piracy. As a very small business, it's extremely difficult for me to replace the cost of stolen or lost packages, but there are other steps we can take. Please reach out to me for further help.

If you believe the order is lost, you can file a claim on USPS using your tracking number and shipment info. I can do this on your behalf but the process will be faster if you do this through yoru own USPS account.

Usually this happens if the address provided was not deliverable. Please ensure that your address was correct. If I receive the item and if it is in good condition, I'm happy to re-ship it upon confirmation of the address and provided you cover the cost of shipping. If the product/package is never received by me, I receive the goods in poor condition, or customer is not available to confirm the shipping address, I reserve the right not to re-ship or refund. I may evaluate the condition of the product and credit you back minus the cost of damaged product at my discretion.

The customer is responsible for re-purchasing in full (shipping included) if they still want the items.

All ingredients are clearly listed on the product pages. Packaging and utensils are sterilized before use, and all products are prepared in a clean environment by an individual wearing gloves and a mask, where necessary.

It is your responsibility to determine if you are sensitive to these ingredients. Please use the products responsibly and test them on a small area before use. Directions for application do not guarantee any kind of therapeutic or healing outcomes. Safe and appropriate use of this product is the responsibility of the customer.
