Perfect balloon for my son’s first bday!
Received a "2" instead of the pictured "5". Messaged the seller and was told that we should just turn the "2" upside down, and that their 2's are the same as their 5's ("as shown in the listing"). However, the "5" pictured in the listing looks very different from the "2" in the listing (the 5 has a squared off upper half; the 2 is more angled). We definitely did not receive the "5" that was pictured and the seller failed to make it right. We did attempt to turn our "2" upside down to make a "5", but did not succeed in convincing our guests, or our 5 year old son, that we had anything other than an upside-down-2.
