Where is my tracking number?

Shipping upgrades if required, are available under the 'delivery' tab in listing. Shipping upgrades on Etsy are best visible/accessible while using a computer to place orders. Domestic: All Canadian orders are shipped free (standard shipping) UNLESS customer opts and pays for Express shipping at checkout. Standard shipping has no tracking information. International: All non-US shipments are sent as standard shipments (not tracked) unless customer opts and pays for tracking at checkout. Standard shipping charges are exactly what Canada Post charges and has no tracking information. Certain packages are shipped with tracking on special instances when order value exceeds a certain value (will be communicated to buyer).

Why does my crystal/pendant/other item look different from the cover picture in the listing?

The cover picture is not the only picture in the listing. Etsy allows upto 10 pictures per listing. Recommend going through all pictures in any given listing to view all available options under that listing. Many times, multiple items are listed together if they fall under the same specification. For example- a lot of Moldavite pendants are usually listed together that conform to the same weight and design. No professional photography /stock photos / props are used in any listing. Quality and energies take precedence over any other factor for all crystals and items in store.

Why is my shipment delayed? Can you find out where my package is?

My little store relies solely on government-run postal services for shipping. Once a package is handed over to the staff in any post office, it is then outside of shipper's control. Sometimes, there could be unforeseen postal or customs delays. In case of tracked packages, I can look it up online just as anyone else.

How can you help me if my package is delayed/ lost?

If order is not received in 8 weeks (domestic) and 10 weeks (international), please do let me know and a refund for the full value of the crystals/jewelry can be arranged. Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Silver/Copper jewelry- must not be exposed to moisture. After use, wipe down with soft cloth to remove possible sweat/deodorant/perfumes/colognes, and must be stored in a safe closed box/cloth bag. Crystal jewelry is fragile and must not be worn in the shower or while sleeping. Pushing the crystal out of the pendant casing can result in the crystal falling out. All crystals/gemstones are fragile and must be cared for gently. Most natural crystals will break when dropped. Most natural raw crystals, especially Opals and most others are best stored with oil applied on them - to retain their shine, to prevent drying out or cracking. I personally use high grade organic carrier oils (coconut, olive, grapeseed etc)

All measurements are approximate - as much as I would love to provide exact measurements for each stone, it sure is impractical:) Raw stones are irregular in dimensions and any from the lot will be shipped. Since this is an online store, there are limitations. My focus is on the energy and quality of my crystals, never on appearances. The crystals may appear bigger or smaller based on individual perceptions, but have all been classified based on their weight or length. None of them have been uniformly cut or made. Each is unique. Each crystal is power packed with energy and their sizes truly do not matter. For those to whom sizes are extremely important, would do better by buying through a physical store where you can find specifics.

Photographs in listing

Natural crystals look different under different light settings. All pictures are taken in daylight/sunlight/ held up to natural light. No props or filters are used. No professional photography used. They are simple and natural. However, may appear a little different under different light settings. A lot of hardwork goes into taking the best pictures under natural circumstances without altering anything whatsoever.
