I have full faith in the USPS, but sometimes they do make mistakes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND upgrading to PRIORITY shipping as it comes with tracking and insurance. I ship all items First Class, and as such I can not guarantee your item will get to you. If you do not get your package it is your responsibility to work it out with the USPS (see USPS.com for contact information). On many occasions I have found the First Class tracking to be incorrect and packages are delivered at a later date. Your item will most likely be in a grey poly envelope with a white 4X6 printed label on it. Once I put the package in the mail and the tracking is updated by the USPS, I am no longer responsible for the package.

All items shipped outside the USA are shipped FIRST CLASS in order to keep the shipping costs as LOW AS POSSIBLE. Please be advised that First Class Shipping does NOT have tracking, and does NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE on any items shipped, nor does it include any kind of delivery guarantee. Once your item leaves the USA I have NO control over its delivery, and some items take months to get to you as they travel by land and sea. We don't have an organic certification, so sorry! Most cotton fabrics labeled as organic are either not actually, or have been dyed with non organic dye, so it really negates the point of having raw organic fabric. Almost all cotton comes from Asia, and India, and their organic certifications are much different and not usually enforced. Even USA made fabrics usually use raw materials from other countries with lax certifications. After doing a ton of research it seemed to me "Organic" cotton was sort of just a greenwashing buzzword. Some sellers even say organic when what they really mean is "natural", as in non-synthetic fibers.

Hopefully adds some insight about why we don't label our items as "organic" :)
