1. What will I receive after purchase?

You’ll receive a digital download—usually a PDF or a zipped folder containing multiple files. Nothing will be shipped to your home, so you can access your materials instantly and get started right away!

2. How do I download my files?

After your purchase is complete, go to your Etsy account, click on Purchases and Reviews, and you’ll see a download link next to your order. You’ll also receive an email with the download link for quick access.

3. I’m having trouble downloading—can you help?

Of course! If you have any trouble downloading or opening the files, just send me a message. I’m happy to walk you through the process or resend the file if needed.

Do you ever offer sales or discounts?

Yes, I love running sales! I try and always have options going through ETSY or through emails you might receive. Be sure to follow my shop or favorite it on Etsy so you don’t miss any special offers. If you have a particular need, please feel free to reach out.

5. Can I use these in my classroom or homeschool?

Yes, definitely! These resources are created to support teachers and caregivers whether they're parents, babysitters, tutors, community class teachers, online teachers, day care providers, or homeschooling families and groups. These resources are for any individual who is teaching or caring for a group of students. You may use these resources while you teach your online classes as long as it's a live class. I would kindly request that you do not use these resources for pre-recorded teaching sessions. If you would like to use them for prerecorded teachings sessions which would have a larger audience, please reach out to purchase a broader license.

6. Can I share this with another teacher or parent?

I kindly ask that each user purchases their own copy. Sharing digital files is not allowed, but you can always direct others to my shop if they’d like their own copy!

7. Can I use parts of your resources to create my own to sell?

Most of my products are personal license only, meaning you can use them in your classroom but may not use them for resale. I have a very few resources that come with a commercial license, but it's unusual and explicitly stated in the description. If you're not sure please reach out and ask.

8. Do you offer bundles or curriculum packs?

Yes! Many of my listings are available in bundles so you can save and get a full set of related resources. There should be links to the bundle on the individual listing if it's already in a bundle. If there isn't a bundle for a product series you're interested in, please let me know and I'll see if I can whip something up for you. I am happy to create bundles of my existing full product lines.

9. Do you offer refunds?

Since these are digital files that can’t be returned, I don’t offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your file or download, I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
