What happens if I fail to pickup my parcel from the Post Office or another collection point?

Your parcel will be returned to us and we will be charged a return fee by the carrier. If a package is returned and it is evident that it is the customer's fault, we will need to ask you to compensate us for concerning the return's fee and re-shipment fee.

US buyers: Where is my order shipped from?

All orders from US buyers with prints larger than A4 (8.3 × 11.7 in / 21 × 29.7 cm) are produced by our US printing partners and shipped domestically within the United States. If an order includes both larger and smaller prints, the entire order will be fulfilled from within the US, so no tariffs or additional fees will apply. Orders containing only A4 or smaller (below 8.3 × 11.7 in), prints are shipped from Europe using a tracked letter service. Under new regulations (Sep 2025) orders with value below USD100 are not liable for any charges.

European Union buyers: No customs or other charges!

All EU orders will be posted from EU countries (mostly Germany) and this means no extra charges will be have to be paid. The price you pay on Etsy is the final price.

My order was shipped, but did not arrive

Please get in touch as soon as possible. Kindly note that the courier cant be held responsible if you reach out later than 30 days after the provided delivery date estimate. Hence, it is your obligation to reach out in time.

What should I do when an order arrives damaged?

In the rare event of an order arriving damaged, kindly send me photos of the damaged item, the packaging and its shipping label. Please hold to both the item and packaging until you have received your refund or replacement. Kindly note, that it will not be possible to send out replacements or issue refunds if these photos won't be provided.
