Clock is a described. Nice looking clock and good quality at what I think is a fair price. It also has an alarm feature. I observed the clock for a couple of days and it keeps accurate time and the alarm works as expected. This is a gift for a couple that is leaving the neighborhood and state after 14 years. Having it inscribed with the dates, location and a parting message is the perfect bon voyage gift and remembrance for these dear friends. Order shipped really fast and the clock arrived ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

I purchased this clock as a retirement gift for a board member. I looked great and my board member loved it, except I made a huge mistake on the order. I misspelled my board members name. Reid responded quickly to my dilemma and was very kind to allow me to ship the clock back, then he reprinted and remailed at his expense to correct my mistake! Who does that?! Amazing service!
